I have been involved very early in my career in transformational human resources initiatives, and I rapidly developed recognized expertise in this area, reinforced by a proud track record. I have worked over the past years on several initiatives from Canadians based to complex international organizations. My contributions have ranged from hands-on work through strategic planning, project management, solution design and implementation.
